The lawyers of the firm have a broad range of experience, and have achieved success professionally and in our community. Our lawyers lecture and conduct seminars frequently on a variety of topics, and publish articles of interest to our profession and our clients. One or more of our lawyers are listed in Who's Who in American Law, Best Lawyers in America, Top Lawyers in Tennessee, and Mid-South Super Lawyers. One of our attorneys is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Pretrial Advocacy and as a Civil Trial Specialist.* We serve as mediators and arbitrators to help parties resolve litigation disputes. Our lawyers are officers, members of, or serve on the boards of a variety of service organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary Club International, Memphis Development Foundation, and the Economics Club of Memphis. We are active professionally and serve as officers of bar associations, or chair committees within those organizations. Our lawyers are active in Pro Bono work within the Memphis community, and several partners are members of the Memphis Bar Foundation, which funds various charities.  Our lawyers coach sports, serve as leaders within their churches, work with neighborhood groups, and are committed to their families, co-workers, and our clients. Darryl Gresham is certified by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization as a Rule 31 Mediator; James B. Summers is certified in Civil Pretrial Advocacy and as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in the following areas: Death Claims, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Products Liability and Personal Injury.
