The Award was given at the Celebrate Pro Bono Reception following the Saturday Legal Clinic, which is held at the Main Library in Memphis. On the day he received the award, 107 clients were assisted through the regular Saturday Legal Clinic by 45 attorneys and numerous law students and paralegals. Down the hall, 94 heroes (firefighters, police officers, etc.) were provided, over the course of the entire day starting at 8:30 am, with advance directives.
